The pillows are shipped in vacuum seal, and this may cause a smell when you open it. Please put the pillows in the dryer for about 20 mins after receiving. For best results with your covers, it is better to order 2 sizes up to provide a plump and full pillow from corner to corner. Feathers are naturally absorbent, so please leave them out in the sun for a few hours if they are mainly used in moist conditions. Alternatively, putting them in the dryer for 20 minutes with low heat is also recommended.
